WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I HEART KPOP is based in Sydney, Australia.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping prices start from $9.95 (shipping price for one album) or $11.95 (shipping price for one lightstick). Prices are based on weight and size.

DO YOU SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND OR INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship Australia wide and also to New Zealand.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

PRE-ORDERS: Items will usually take 3-14 business days from the release date to arrive in Australia from Korea. We will then begin processing orders as soon as possible. 

IN STOCK: Items will be processed within 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email once we have shipped the items to you, please check your email regularly for updates. Please contact our team if you believe your order is taking longer than usual, we are happy to help!

DO MY PURCHASES COUNT FOR ANY CHARTS?

Your purchases will count on ARIA, HANTEO and GAON charts.
