WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I HEART KPOP is based in Sydney, Australia.

I GET AN ERROR SAYING I CAN'T SHIP TO MY ADDRESS? WHY?

Just means one of your items is sold out at one of our locations. If you go to your cart you can see where each item is sold our or in stock!

Eg. You are trying to order something for delivery but you get this error, usually means that the item is sold out on our online store but available for pickup at Brisbane.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping prices start from $9.95 (shipping price for one album) or $11.95 (shipping price for one lightstick). Prices are based on weight and size.

DO YOU SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND OR INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship Australia wide and also to New Zealand.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

PRE-ORDERS: Items will usually take 4-14 business days from the release date to arrive in Australia from Korea. We will then begin processing orders as soon as possible. 

IN STOCK: Items will be processed within 1-4 business days.

You will receive an email once we have shipped the items to you, please check your email regularly for updates (spam as well). Please contact our team if you believe your order is taking longer than usual, we are happy to help!

DO MY PURCHASES COUNT FOR ANY CHARTS?

Your purchases will count on ARIA, HANTEO and GAON charts.
