Items can be picked up from our Sydney KPOP Store/Cafe, Melbourne Store and Brisbane store. Please select this option during checkout. For pre-order items please ignore the item ready within 24 hours, as this only applies to in stock items. Please note that we only hold for 6 weeks unless you have contacted us requesting a specific date.
Shipping Prices
Prices are dependant on weight and size of your parcel. Shipping prices start from $9.95 (price for shipping for one album).
Upon checkout, if you see two delivery fees, it means that the order is coming from two different locations. If you do not wish to pay for two delivery fees, we recommend reaching out to see when all items will be back in stock in one location.
Shipping Provider
Our parcels will be delivered by Australia Post.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-14 days.
Express Shipping:
As Australia Post does not ship on a weekend, express post is sent by the next business day.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Delays may be possible but we try to ensure delays are kept to a minimum. Pre-order processing time begins from when the album will arrive to us and can take up to 2 weeks to complete after arrival.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock And Pre Orders
If an item is out of stock or a pre-order, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded / My Item Did Not Arrive
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time or your item has not arrived, please contact us at info@iheartkpopaus.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
